Designed to be water-resistant but not waterproof, they are best maintained by cleaning with a damp cloth. Wipe off any liquids as soon as possible. 

• If, after receiving your LAMOU, you are not completely happy, you may return it for full refund, though you will be responsible for all shipping costs.  To return your LAMOU because you are unsatisfied, you must email us at customerservice@lamoudesign.com within 7 days of receiving it.  We will provide you with return shipping instructions, and we must receive the returned item within 30 days of your return inquiry.

• If your LAMOU is delivered in damaged condition, you may return it for a full refund.  To return your damaged LAMOU, you must email us at customerservice@lamoudesign.com within 48 hours of receiving the LAMOU product along with photos of the damage.  We will provide you with return shipping instructions, and we must receive the returned item within 30 days of your return inquiry.

• If a LAMOU  tray or placemat fails to satisfy the limited printing warranty described below, you may also return it for a full refund by notifying us at customerservice@lamoudesign.com  within 48 hours of receiving the item.  We will provide you with return shipping instructions, and we must receive the returned item within 30 days of your return inquiry.

• For purposes of these policies, “damaged condition” means that a printed surface is significantly damaged, scratched, scuffed, cracked or otherwise malformed.

• If you would be entitled to a full refund under this policy, we can also exchange a returned item for the same item.

• All LAMOU products ship domestically to the continental US only by UPS. Once your item ships, we will send you tracking information. 

• Expedited shipping is offered for UPS listed rates.

• LAMOU offers a flat shipping rate for the following items:

• Trays: $18.95 per item

• Placemats: $14.00 per item

• Coaster sets: $8.50 per set 

• We are unable to re-ship packages returned to us by our carrier because you were unable to receive the delivery. When you order your LAMOU, we hope you will be so excited to receive it that you will make arrangements to accept your delivery.

Each coaster is  4" x 4" x 1/4" thick digitally printed Baltic birch and finished with a water-based, eco-friendly polywhey from Vermont.
